摘要
在旅游企业发展过程中,不能避免的一个问题就是人力资源的流动。近几年来,我国的旅游业发展迅速,对推进国民经济的发展具有重要意义,但是,从事旅游业的人员流动问题越来越严重,已经在一定程度上阻碍了旅游业的发展。针对当前的严峻形势,必须采取有效措施改变现状。
In the development process of tourism business, the problem that we can not avoid is the flow of human re- sources. In recent years, the tourism business has developed rapidly, which has an important meanings for promoting the national economic development. However, the turnover engaged in tourism business is getting more and more seri- ous, which hinders the development of tourism business to a certain extent. According to the current dire situation, we must take effective measures to change it.
