摘要
大庆石化公司2004年为缓解裂解装置碱洗塔的压力,采用醇胺法脱除深冷轻烃中CO2;2012年重新设计1套醇胺脱CO2装置,处理能力37.5t/h。该装置优化了乙烯装置裂解原料的预处理过程,有效缓解了CO2对碱洗塔的冲击,实现了裂解装置的长周期、高负荷运行。
To ease the load of the caustic washing tower of the Cracking Plant,Daqing Petrochemical Company adopted alcohol amine process in 2004 to remove the CO2 from deep cooling light hydrocarbon,and redesigned an alcohol amine CO2 plant with the processing capacity of 37.5 t/h.This plant optimized the pretreatment process of the cracking feedstock of the Ethylene Plant,effectively released the impact of CO2 on caustic washing tower,and ensured long period and high capacity operation of the Ethylene Cracking Plant.
