摘要
美国是住房抵押贷款证券化的首创国,而我国的金融市场并未十分成熟,对于住房抵押贷款证券化的市场并未完善。因此参考美国对住房抵押贷款证券化产品在金融危机前后的应对加以研究,就我国住房抵押贷款市场的不足分析我国应在改善哪些领域来加强住房抵押贷款市场的管理。
The first of the kingdom of housing mortgage securitization is the United States. But financial market in our ocountry doesn＇s develope well, for housing mortgage-backed securitization market has not completed yet in some extent. Getting study to refering to the time before and after financial crisis in housing mortgage - backed se-curitization in U. S, we should analysis what area should we improve to strengthen housing mortgage market in terms of shortcomings in housing mortgage market in our country.
