复方甘草酸苷联合蓝科肤宁治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎70例疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合蓝科肤宁治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效。方法:面部激素依赖性皮炎120例患者分为两组:观察组70例口服复方甘草酸苷片,外用蓝科肤宁治疗;对照组50例口服盐酸西替利嗪片,外用3%硼酸液冷敷。结果 :观察组治愈16例(22.86%),显效25例(35.71%),总有效41例(58.57%)。对照组治愈9例(18.00%),显效21例(42.00%),总有效30例(60.00%),两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合蓝科肤宁治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效确切。
