护理干预在牙周炎治疗中的应用

Application of nursing intervention in the treatment of periodontitis

目的:总结护理干预措施在牙周炎诊疗过程中的作用。方法:回顾性分析122例不同程度的牙周炎患者的护理资料,对其进行精心的护理干预及健康卫生指导,观察其牙周治疗效果。结果:122例患者牙周恢复良好,牙龈色泽、质地正常,牙齿松动度明显改善。同时患者的依从性及口腔卫生意识明显提高。结论:积极、有效的牙周治疗和术前、术中个性化的专业护理可明显改善患者的牙周状况,有效恢复患者的咀嚼功能,术后细心的口腔卫生宣教及指导可巩固牙周治疗的效果,保证其疗效。

Objective：To summarize the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods：A retrospective analysis of nursing data of 122 patients with different degree d periodontitis patients,nurslng intervention carefully and health guidance,observed the effect of periodontal treatment. Results ： 122 cases of patients with periodontal recovery, gingival color, texture and normal ,tooth mobility significantly improved. At the same time the patient compliance and oral health awareness increased. Conclusion：The periodontal status and the masticatory efficiency of patients can be improved significantly with the active and effective periodontal treatment and the personalized nursing in the preoperative and intraoperative phases,the effect of periodontal treat- ment could be strengthened with the postoperative careful oral health education and guidance.
