糖尿病患者低血糖反应原因分析与护理对策

Cause analysis and nursing strategy to reactive hypoglycemia of the patients with diabetes

目的:探讨糖尿病患者低血糖反应发生的原因及护理对策。方法:对49例糖尿病发生低血糖反应患者进行原因分析,并采取相应的护理对策。结果:低血糖反应与用药、生活方式、年龄、糖尿病并发症等因素有关。结论:加强糖尿病健康教育,尤其加大糖尿病低血糖的预防宣教工作,使患者掌握自我监测要点,可降低低血糖反应发生率。

Objective：To analyze the reason of reactive hypoglycemia which happened to the the patients with diabetes,and seek the nursing strategy. Meth- ods ：49 diabetic patients who suffered hypoglycemia were analyzed the reason and took the right nursing strategy. Results： Rcactive hypoglycemia have close correlation with the drug use, lifestyle, age, complications of diabetes and so on. Conclusion ：To strengthen diabetes health education especially for the - pre- vention of hypoglycemia,make the patients to master selfmonitoring points,can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
