优质护理服务对产科母婴同室病房院内感染的影响

Influence of high-quality nursing service on obstetric rooming-in ward of nosocimial infection

目的:探讨优质护理服务对产科母婴同室院内感染发生率的影响。方法:选取2011年1～12月优质护理开展后在本院母婴同室分娩的产妇1344例为观察组,2010年1～12月优质护理开展前在本院母婴同室分娩的产妇1315例为对照组,比较优质护理服务开展前后产科母婴同室病房院内感染发生率的变化。结果:开展优质护理服务后,产科母婴同室的院内感染发生率由2.59%(34/1315)下降至1.34%(18/1344),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务能降低产科病房院内感染发生率。

Objective：To investigate the effect ofhigh quality nursing service on nosocomial infection in obstetric rooming- in. Methods ：1344 patients from January 2011 to December 2011 were selected as observation group and 1315 patients from January 2011 to December 2011 as control group in obstetric roo- ming - in room of our hospital. The test group was take high - quality nursing service model,the control group was received routine nursing. We compared the rate of nosocomial infection of the two groups. Results： The nosocomial infection rate of the test group was 1.34% （18/1344） ,and the rate d the control group was 2.59% （34/1315）. There was a significant difference in the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The high -quality nursing service can deereue the incidence of nosocomlal infection in obstetric rooming - in.
