危急值报告在ICU护理中的应用

Application of critical value report in nursing management of ICU

目的:探讨危急值报告在ICU护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2009年4月～2010年3月未实施危急值报告制度时的64例患者为对照组,选取2010年4月～2011年3月实施危急值报告制度后的65例患者为观察组,将两组患者的抢救成功率及实施前后护理人员的危急意识进行评估及比较。结果:观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,实施后护理人员的危急意识优于实施前。结论:危急值报告在ICU护理管理中的应用效果较好,可有效提高抢救成功率,强化护理人员的危急意识。

Objective：To discuss the application effect of critical value report in nursing management of ICU. Methods ：64 patients in our hoapitali before im- plementing critical value report from April 2009 to March 2010 were selected as control group,and 65 patients after implementing critical value report from April 2010 to March 2011 were selected as observation 8roup,assessed and compared the critical consciousness of two Stoups patients before and after the implementation of the success rote of nursing staff. Results：The rescue success rate of observation group was higher than that of control greup,nursing staff critical consciousness after the implementation was better than those of control group. Conclusien：The application of critical reports in ICU nursing manage- ment is more effective,which can effectively improve the reseue success rate, strengthen the critical consciousness of nursing staffs.
