摘要
目的:了解急诊科护士胜任能力状况并探讨其影响因素。方法:运用急诊科护士胜任能力测定量表对99名急诊科护士进行调查。结果:急诊科护士胜任能力总分为(109.86±18.91)分。学历、职称和工作年限影响护士的胜任能力(P<0.05)。结论:护理管理者应根据护士的学历、职称水平和工作年限的差异实施针对性的措施,从而提高急诊科护士的工作胜任能力。
Objective:To investigate the status and influential factors of competence agency in emergency nursing. Methods:The emergency nurse competance scale were used to investigate 99 nurses in emergency department. Results:The emergency department nurses competency score was ( 109. 86 ± 18.91 ). Education levels,titles and working years affect nurses' competence (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:It is suggest that nursing governor should be implement nursing manage to base on different education levels,tbe title of a technical post and working years of nursing to improve the emergency agency of nundng with emergency.
