摘要
利用实验法、问卷调查法等方法对念动训练法在网球教学中的运用进行了研究。结果显示:在网球教学过程中合理、正确地运用念动训练法对学生掌握网球基本技术、基本战术、改正错误击球动作行之有效。
This paper, by making use of experiment, questionnaires and other methods, researched into the application of "dynamic training" in tennis teaching and ascertained that in the tennis teaching, the rational and correct use of "dynamic training" can be very effective not only for the students to master the basic skills and the fundamental tactics of the tennis but also to help them to correct their wrong strokes in playing tennis.
