摘要
目的:利用超声血管回声跟踪(ET)技术检测蒙古族高脂血症患者服用格根钦治疗前后颈总动脉的弹性。方法:蒙古族高脂血症患者60例随机分为实验组与对照组,其中对照组20人,实验组再随机均分为蒙药治疗剂量组20人,辛伐他丁治疗剂量组20人,分别于治疗前,药物治疗后的12周末及24周末分别利用E T技术测量实验组颈总动脉弹性指标:弹性系数(Ep)、硬度指数(β)、顺应性(AC)、脉搏波速度(PWVβ)、放射波增强指数(AI)。结果:高脂实验组与高脂对照组比较,Ep、PWVβ、β的值均减低(P<0.05)。结论:超声血管跟踪技术(ET)评价动脉弹性方面比较稳定、敏感,可利用该技术对药物疗效以及预后、转归等进行检测评估,向临床各领域扩展应用,蒙药格根钦能降低高脂血症患者的血脂水平,改善血管内皮功能。

Methods: The Mongolian hyperlipidemia emperor is 60 cases were randomly di- vided into experimental group and control group, control group of 15 people, experimental group and random are divided into Mongolian therapeutic dose group, simastatin butyl therapeutic dose. groups, respectively on drug therapy after 15 weekend use ET experimental technique for the measurement of carotid artery elasticity index: elastic coefficient (Ep), hardness index (beta), compliance (AC), pulse wave velocity (pW Vbeta), radiation wave augmentation index(AI). Results:High fat experimental group with high fat compared, Ep, pWV[3, beta value are reducing(P〈 0.05). conclusion: Ultrasonic blood vessel tracking technology (ET) evaluation artery elasticity aspects more stable, sensitive, can use the technique on drug efficacy and prognosis and outcome of test- ing evaluation, to clinical fields extended, Mongolian lattice root qin can reduce patients with hyperlipidemia of blood lipid level, improve endothelial function.
