摘要
目的:评价64层螺旋CT对主动脉壁内血肿的价值及优势。方法:采用64层螺旋CT,平扫及增强扫描,对22例主诉急性胸背痛患者行CT检查并诊断为壁内血肿。结果:22例按Stanford分型:A型6例,B型16例。其直接征象:沿主动脉壁的环形或新月形低密度影,无撕裂的内膜片。间接征象:内膜钙化内移7例,溃疡15例,主动脉粥样硬化改变14例。结论:64层螺旋CT并结合重组技术能提高诊断主动脉壁内血肿的准确性,具有重要的诊断价值及临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of 64 -slice spiral CT(VCT)inthe diagnosis of aortic intra- mural hematoma and its advantages. Methods: 22 patients, who complained of acute chest and back pain, under- went continuous volume enhancement scan with 64 - slice spiral CT and were diagnosed with aortic intramural hematoma. Results:According to Stanford's classification, 22 patients were divided into two types: type A with 6 patients and type B with 16patients. With respect to the direct signs, CT demonstrated the circular or crescen- tic mass in low density, without intimomedial flap or tear along the aortic wall. As for the indirect signs, CT showed the displaced intimal calcifications in 7 cases, ulcera- tion in 15cases, aortic atherosclerosis in 14cases. Conclusion:64 -slice spiral CT combinated with reconstruction techniques plays an important role in diagnosis, clinical aplication of AIH due to it could improved accuracy of of diagnosis.
