尿道内冷刀切开联合2微米激光汽化切除治疗尿道狭窄32例分析

Efficacy of Cryoscalpel Internal Urethrotomy and 2 Micron Continuous Wave Laser Vaporesection in Treating 32 Patients of Urethral Stricture

目的:探讨尿道内冷刀切开联合2微米激光汽化切除治疗尿道狭窄的临床疗效。方法:采用尿道内冷刀切开联合2微米激光汽化切除治疗32例尿道狭窄患者,术后留置尿管2～4周。结果:本组32例中31例(96.8%)经腔内手术治愈,29例腔内手术一次成功,2例行二次腔内手术治愈。术后均需定期尿道扩张618月,尿道可顺利通过F20-24金属探子,并保持排尿通畅。结论:尿道内冷刀切开联合2微米激光汽化切除是治疗尿道狭窄的有效微创方法,并发症少、操作简便、恢复快,在有条件的单位,可优先考虑。

Objective： to study the clinical value of cryoscalpel internal urethrotomy and 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection in treating urethral stricture. Methods： 32 patients with urethral stricture accepted cryoscalpel internal urethrotomy and 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection, after surgery indwelling catheter 2-4 weeks. Results： 31 patients（96.8% ） by operation cure . 29 patients have stable results, 2 - pa- tients acceted the the second operation, after operation Regular expansion urethral 6 - 18 months F20-24 metal can be smoothly through the urethra article agent and Void with a good stream. Conclusion：Cryoscalpel internal urethmtomy and 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection is effective treating urethral stricture less compli- cations; Easy to operate; Restore fast.
