应用双钢板治疗股骨髁间C型骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨双钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间C型骨折的临床疗效。方法:2009年4月~2012年4月,我院创伤科通过运用双钢板内固定治疗股骨远端C型骨折41例,按照Muller分型:C2型29例,C3型12例,外侧运用股骨远端外侧锁定加压钢板,内侧对侧"L型"胫骨平台支持板固定。根据骨折固定情况于术后3 d开始CPM被动训练。术后随访观察骨折愈合情况及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:41例患者均得到随访,时间为6~46个月,平均27个月,全部患者骨折均得到愈合,平均愈合时间为6~12个月。膝关节功能评价依据Karlstrom评价标准,优24例,良12例,可4例,差1例,优良率87.8%。结论:运用双钢板切开复位内固定治疗股骨髁间C型骨折,能够使骨折达到解剖复位,并且坚强内固定有利于早期功能锻炼疗效较好。 Objective: To investigate clinical effect of double- plate in the treatment of C - type distal femoral fractures. Methods: To analyze the clinical numerical data and result in open- operation of 28 cases of adult distal femoral C- type fractures were treated with bilateral plate from April 2009 to April 2012. According to Muller classification:C2 29cases, C3 12cases, All of the cases were treated with internal fixation with Lateral distal femur locking compression plate and support plate of tibial plateau. According to fracture fixation the pa- tients began to train with CPM after 3 days. Results: 41 cases were followed u from 6--46 months with an av- erage of 27 months. Depending on Karlstrom's scoring system of function of knee joint, 24cases obtained excel- lent, 12 good, 4fair and 1 poor, the rate of excellent and good were 87.8%. Conclusion: Bilateral plate fixation for the treatment of distal femoral C- type fractures could provide for satisfied cinical results.
