摘要
近年来随着新生儿急救和重症监护技术的不断提高,尤其是营养支持方法的改善,早产儿的存活率逐渐增高,随之而来的早产儿宫外发育迟缓(EUGR)问题亦日渐受到关注,为了促进早产儿正常生长发育,本文主要对目前发生EUGR的相关因素及避免EUGR的干预措施进行综述。
In recent years, with the improvement of neonatal first aid and critical care technology, espe- cially the improvement of nutrition support all over the world . The survival rate of premature infants is increas- ing gradually, while premature Extrauterine Growth Retardation （EUGR） problem also increasingly focused on, in order to promote the premature infants to develop in normal growth, this passage mainly discuss on the rele- vant factors of present EUGR and how to avoid EUGR, intervention measures were also reviewed in this article.
