A Case Study on the Reuse of the Industrial Wasteland:The Design of Hangzhou New Media Urban Complex

基于对原杭州市印刷厂区工业废弃地的背景概况与综合环境的调研和分析,提出了该工业废弃地更新利用的主导取向及场地环境污染清理对策。进而探讨了利用工业废弃地营建"杭州新传媒城市综合体"的场地规划与建筑设计的策略及方法。

Based on investigations and analyses of the general background and current conditions of an abandoned printing house in Hangzhou,this paper presents the trends of reuse of the industrial wasteland.Furthermore,it discusses the strategies and measures for the site plan and architectural design of the Hangzhou New Media Urban Complex,which will be built on this industrial wasteland.
