Planning and Architectural Design of Affordable Housing Project WNW-C1 Block 6A in Shanghai Lingang New CITY: Typological Innovation of Affordable Housing in China

本文以上海临港新城WNW-C1限价房项目6A地块为对象,从总体规划、城市设计和建筑设计的不同层面阐述其在六个方面的类型创新,然后,将之与普通住宅项目的设计特点进行比较,从中发现有益于未来住宅设计类型创新的一些启示。

Taking the affordable housing project WNW-C1 Block 6A in Shanghai Lingang New City as an example, the article elaborates the typological innovation in its overall planning, urban design and architectural design including the surrounding enclosure, low storey and high density, neighborhood, multiple floor plans, multiple facades and mixed functions. Comparing with the design of ordinary housing projects, it provides some suggestions for the typological innovation of the housing in the future.
