本文通过对旧工业建筑独特优势的分析,在介绍广州旧工业建筑改造再利用的发展概况的基础上,结合具体的实例从人性化的适应性设计、新与旧的融合设计、内部空间的重组与功能置换、建筑工业美学的强化设计四个方面分析了广州旧工业建筑改造的设计策略。

The paper through the analysis of the unique adventages of old industrial building on the basis of introduceing the general situation of the development of recycling transformation of old industrial buildings in Guangzhou, combined with some examples from four aspects of the adaptability of the humanization design, new and old integration design, interior space restructuring and function replacement,the aesthetic strengthening design of the building industry analyzes the transformation design strategy of old industrial building in Guangzhou.
