人工挖孔桩基础加固方案在基础事故处理中的应用

摘要 随着国民经济的发展,各类民用与工业建筑日益走向高层化,人工挖孔桩以其特有的高承载力优势和操作工艺简单得到许多设计单位、施工单位的认可。但当人工挖孔桩深度较高,施工操作不当导致混凝土振捣不密实或者桩底沉渣过厚导致砼离析,混凝土强度及桩的承载力达不到设计要求,造成质量事故,最终需要对桩进行加固处理。本文结合重庆一工程实例,探讨人工挖孔桩基础加固设计方法基础事故处理中的应用。 With the development of the national economy, various types of civil and industrial buildings increasingly high, artificial hole digging pile with its unique advantages of high bearing capacity and simple operation process have many design units, construction units acceptance.But when the manual hole digging pile construction of higher depth, due to improper operation of concrete vibrating imperfect or pile bottom sediment is too thick to concrete segregation, the concrete strength and bearing capacity of pile is not up to the design requirements, cause quality accident, eventually the need for reinforcement of pile. Combined with the Chongqing engineering examples,this paper explores on the application of hand-dug pile foundation reinforcement design method in basic incident handling.
