浅析建筑中几种裂缝的控制技术

On the Control Technology of Several Cracks in Construction

通过对我国目前建筑物的调查发现,大部分建筑物都存在着不同程度的裂缝。裂缝的存在不仅会影响到建筑物的美观及居住的舒适感,严重的甚至会对建筑物的整体安全构成威胁。建筑裂缝究其原因,大致可以分为两大类:温度裂缝和干缩裂缝。文章从建筑物裂缝的具体成因入手,对建筑中常见的裂缝给出其相应的治理措施,为建筑物裂缝的治理工作提供参考。

The survey found that there are varying degrees of cracks in most of the current buildings .The presence of cracks will not only affect the aesthetics of the building and live in comfort, even be serious building overall security pose a threat.The building cracks reason, can be roughly divided into two categories： the temperature cracks and shrinkage cracks. Start from the specific causes of cracks in buildings, this paper proposes corresponding control measures for the common cracks in the building, to provide a reference for the governance of the cracks in the building.
