摘要
由于有些地区岩层中溶洞和裂隙较多,采用普通成孔工艺(如正反循环钻机)无法入岩层和穿越溶洞,因此冲击成孔灌注桩在这一带被广泛采用。冲击成孔灌注桩施工是一个复杂、严密的工程,要综合考虑地质条件、钻孔设备、施工工艺等因素,切合实际的施工方案,以及每道工序的施工质量,是保证桩基质量的重要环节。本文对冲击成孔灌注桩的质量控制进行了探究,希望对今天同类型的施工起到参考作用。
Due to the cave and fissure more in some areas of the rocks, the ordinary drilling process (such as reverse circulation drilling rig) can not rock and through the cave, so the impact of cast-in-place pile is widely used in this area.The impact of the construction of bored pile is a complex, rigorous engineering, factors to be considered in the geological conditions, drilling equipment, construction technology, construction scheme is practical, and each procedure of the construction quality, is an important link to ensure the quality of pile foundation.This paper makes analysis on the quality control of cast-in-situ bored pile, hope to play a reference to the same type of construction.
