摘要
工程资料是建设项目的重要组成部分,其质量的好坏对现实和历史都有着重要意义。但目前建设工程资料管理仍然存在很多不规范问题,导致工程资料不真实、不完整,质量下降,不但对施工管理和工程质量评估带来不利影响,而且严重降低了资料的保存价值。本文就当前建筑项目资料管理工作中出现的常见问题进行了分析,并有针对性的提出加强工程资料质量控制、规范编制技术资料的相应的措施。
Project is an important part of the construction project, and its quality are of great significance to reality and history. This article analyzed the common problems of the current construction project information management, and proposes the corresponding measures to strengthen the quality control of engineering data, and to standardize the preparation of the technical information.
