摘要
钢管已广泛应用于建筑工程,但因其特殊的焊接结构和不规则的焊缝形状,使得其检测难度越来越高。这里主要针对薄壁管Y型节点焊缝进行研究,选择合适的超声波仪器,探头,试块和扫查方式进行探讨。最终通过实验数据的比较得出结论:双晶双斜探头相比单晶斜探头具有灵敏度高、杂波少、盲区小和近场短等优点,检测结果和理论分析相吻合。
Steel has been widely used in construction, but because of its special welding structure and irregular welds shape, which make its detection increasingly difficult. Here mainly aims at the weld joint of Y type thin-wall pipe, ultrasonic instrument, suitable probe, test block and scanning mode were discussed.Finally through the comparison of experimental data of the conclusion: compared with single oblique probe twin double oblique probe has the advantages of high sensitivity, less clutter, small blind area and near field is shorter, the test results and theoretical analysis coincide.
