长沙村镇房地产迎来了"两型社会"发展机遇,受土地制度、规划设计水平,资金、市场管理水平、金融制度和住房保障体系主要因素制约。长沙应积极采取相应对策,加快村镇房地产发展,推动农村经济增长,加快两型社会发展进程。
Changsha villages real estate welcome the "two-oriented society" development opportunities, limited by the main factors of the land system, the quality of the planning and design, the level of funding and market management, the financial system and housing security system. Changsha should actively take appropriate countermeasures, for accelerating the villages real estate development, promoting the economic growth in rural areas,and to speed up the two types of social development process.
