摘要 采用非成像和自由曲面设计方法,对反射器和透镜这两类光学器件进行了二次光学设计和研究,获得了具有均匀圆形照明特性的光学器件.通过编程计算构造出光学器件的几何轮廓,并对光学器件模型进行了模拟仿真,获得了良好的均匀圆形照明光斑.设计出的二类器件其圆形照明面照度均匀性均达到90%以上,适合于对均匀性要求较高的室内照明.该设计为实现大功率LED均匀照明提供了一种有效的设计途径. With the method of non-imaging and freeform surface, it designed and researched two kinds of secondary optical devices, reflectors and lens. Optical devices with round uniform illumination character- istics were achieved. Through the programming calculation, the geometric profile of the optical devices was structured and simulated. A good uniform round lighting spot was obtained. The illumination uni- formity of the round lighting surface is above 90%, suitable for higher uniformity requirements for indoor lighting. The research provides some reference for the design of high power LED uniform lighting.
