Taking the destruction of Zhongma Mine of Jiaozuo on the ecological environment as example, this article analyses the site conditions and social economic attributes of coal gangue dump in Zhongma Mine by referring to the practical experience and results of comprehensive utilization of coal resources both at home and abroad. Moreovel;, the article analyses the technologies and pathways of utilizing coal gangue into resources in targeted mining areas, and also prospects the future of utilizing the coal gangue into resources in China＇s mining areas.
