指出了经济计划管理是组织指导生产经营活动以提高经济效益的一项重要工作。阐述了计划管理的概念内容和国有林场经济计划管理的必要性,分析了三明地区国有林场经济计划管理存在的主要问题,结合林场实际工作,从精心编制计划、层层分解计划、认真执行计划、积极跟踪计划、及时调整计划、严格考核计划等6个层次探讨了如何加强三明地区国有林场经济计划管理,提出了相关建议和对策,以更好地服务于林场的生产经营活动和经济发展。

Economic planning management is an important work which gutdes the producnon ano operauun to mqoxuve the economic benefits. This article expounds the concept of economic planning management and its necessity to the state forestry farm, and analyses the main problems which exist in the economic planning management of the state forestry farm and discusses how to strengthen the economic planning management of state forestry iarm in Sanming area by six levels- well preparing, deeply disaggregating, conscientiously implementing, actively tracking, timely adjusting and strictly examining plans. And finally this article proposes a few suggestions and countermeasures to better serve farms production and economic development.
