In Carl Steinitz＇s framework of Landscape Planning and Design teaching, the most difficult stage of ＂getting started＂ on the changes which will be proposed as the main ＂product＂ is considered as the most important stage. After the context and function introduction of his teaching framework, Carl presents the two teaching processes of the Bermuda and Tepotzotlan projects, and discusses the roles in collaboration during the teaching process.
