“景观·系统”的水系景观规划策略——以唐山环城水系为例 被引量:8

摘要 在国家宏观产业结构调整的背景下,唐山城内陡河沿岸的工厂将陆续迁出,移入曹妃甸工业园区。在此契机之下,为了适应城市生态建设和百姓生活需要,唐山提出了以市中心区内陡河、青龙河、李各庄河为基础构建环城水系的设想。受系统论影响,环城水系规划把水系景观作为开放的系统,围绕系统的整体性、层次性和关联性3个重要特征的体现,通过系统的涉水规划、景观的系统和系统的景观营造的三大策略统筹滨水区的生态环境建设与空间开发,完成环城水系的景观规划。 The factories situated along the Douhe River in Tangshan are planned to be moved gradually into Caofeidian Industrial Area from the inner city in the coming future according to the macroscopic adjustment of the national industrial structure. In the context Tangshan municipality has put forward to build the city-ringed river network based on Douhe River, Qinglong River and Ligezhuang River which run through the downtown of the city. The great vision will be beneficial to eco-city construction as well the citizens' life. Landscape of river network has been regarded as an open system within the planning of city-ringed river network in Tangshan inspired by systematology. The planning, embodying correspondingly three important characters of the system which are integrity, hierarchy and relevance, has been already fulfilled by means of three strategies including systematic planning in water realm, landscape as system and landscape created systematically.
