我国城市绿道网规划方法研究

Study on the Urban Greenways Planning Methods in China

绿道网建设是实现生态文明,建成生态城市的有效方法之一。通过对国外已有的城市绿道网规划方法和国内已进行的规划实践的总结,研究得出了一套适应我国城市特征和规划编制要求的绿道网规划程序和方法,该流程主要分为现状要素调查、要素评价分析、网络空间布局、方案详细比选和分段分类详细设计5个阶段,并进一步从城市绿道网规划的编制法定和非法定内容、编制的组织机构和设计单位、审批制度以及公众参与的方式等角度进行了详细论述,为我国城市绿道网规划工作提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Greenways construction is an effective way to set up the eco-city and achieve ecological civilization for Chinese cities. Base on the existing greenways planning methods from foreign countries and the plenty of experiences from current planning practices in domestic cities, this paper works out a set of greenways planning procedures and methods which takes into full account the urban characteristics and planning requirements of Chinese cities, including five stages： status investigation, factor evaluation, network layout, scheme comparison and details design. Simultaneously, this paper fimher discusses on urban greenways from different perspectives, such as statutory and non- statutory planning content, planning agencies, approval institution, public participation and etc., which might provide some reference for the current urban greenways planning in China.
