上海工业遗产保护与再利用发展现状及面临问题

INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE IN SHANGHAI

随着城市功能与空间结构的转型,产业遗存在中国城市的更新与开发过程中得到了空前的重视。本文概括介绍上海工业遗产的分布与类型,及工业遗产保护与再利用相关工作的开展情况与存在问题,指出目前中国城市在工业遗产的保护和再利用方面尚处于起步阶段,应通过科学的引导实现工业遗产生命周期的延续,发挥其多重价值,并且进一步探索适合中国城市工业遗产特点的再利用模式与策略。

Industrial heritage has been given unprecedented attention in the process of urban renewal and development in Chinese cities, as their urban functions and spatial structures have undergone transformation. This article provides an overview of the industrial heritage in Shanghai - the distribution and classification of the heritage sites, as well as development and problems in their preservation and reuse. This article puts forward that since Chinese cities are still in the initial stages of preservation and reuse of industrial heritage, reuse strategies and models best suitable for the unique conditions of industrial heritage in China need further development, so as to provide a scientific guide to extend the life of the industrial heritage and make various uses of the heritage sites.
