台湾古迹保存的发展与地方意识论述

Development of Conservation for Historic Site in Taiwan and Local Consciousness

结合相关法律与政策的变迁,梳理了台湾古迹保存的历史与现状,指出其与台湾社会地方意识论述的关系,并分别站在公共部门、社会群体及普通民众的角度,借由台北市老旧城区万华区内的数个案例,阐述了现今台湾的古迹保存作为官方的文化治理策略、社会的公共性议题及居民的场所记忆所呈现出的多样面貌。

Based on the change of relevant law and policy, this paper makes study on the relation between conservation history and current state for historic site and the local consciousness in Taiwan society. From angle of public sectors, social groups and common people, and by several cases from Taibei old city Wanhua area, it makes account of diversified appearances revealed from official strategy of cultural improvement, public topics in society and residents＇ site memory.
