摘要
介绍了以模块化设计为手段,以协调建筑模数和部品模数为基础,通过整合研究机构、设计单位、部品生产企业和施工企业,共同进行北京市公租房标准化和产业化体系的研究;通过研发,建立了公租房室内8大部品体系,进而形成了与之相对应的8大工法体系;完成了北京市公租房体验馆样板间的搭建,将研发成果以实物方式全景展现,为公租房室内产业链的形成提供了理论平台。
By means of modularized design and based on coordination between architectural module and component module, the research on standardized and industrialized system of Beijing public rental housing is made jointly by research institutions, design units and enterprises for business of component producing and building construction. The research sets up 8 parts of interior component system and 8 corresponding parts of operation process system. The model room of public rental housing--experience hall panoramically reflects the research fruits, and provides theoretic platform for the formation of industrial link of public rental housing interior,
