吡格列酮对老年2型糖尿病患者C反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸的影响 被引量:6

摘要 血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并冠心病的独立危险因素。目前对于噻唑烷二酮类药物(TZDs)与血浆Hcy关系的研究很少。本研究观察TZD盐酸吡格列酮对老年T2DM患者的血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA—IR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清Hcy的影响,探讨其对心血管系统有无保护作用。
