水胶体敷料治疗超脉冲CO_2激光术后创面的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察水胶体敷料对激光术后创面愈合的促进作用。方法:将22例经超脉冲CO_2激光治疗术后患者的44个创面随机分治疗组和对照组。治疗组于术后第1天开始外用水胶体敷料,隔日换敷料,1周后为隔周换药至第6周结束;对照组于术后每日涂擦金霉素眼膏,1周后停用。每次复诊时观察红斑、色素沉着及创面情况并留取资料。在术后第8周复诊观察最终疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的平均愈合时间分别为(6.71±0.86)d和(8.18±0.88)d,平均红斑持续时间分别为(8.71±0.99)d和(19.06±2.25d)d,色素沉着发生率分别为11.2%和18.9%,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:水胶体敷料可明显促进超脉冲CO_2激光术后创面的愈合,且可显著增加患者对创面愈合的满意度。 Objective: To evaluate a new hydrocolloid dressing for promoting wound healing after laser skin resurfacing (LSR). Methods: Twenty two patients with pigmented nevi with 44 wounds on the face and neck after carbon dioxide laser treatment were divided into two groups: the treatment group received the dressing every other day for 7 days, and then every week after LSR for 6 weeks; the control group was treated with traditional dry method. All patients were evaluated and pho- tographed every return visit. The degrees of erythema, pigmentary changes, and the healing condition of the wounds were documented,and the final therapeutic result was compared 8 weeks after treatment. Results: The hydrocolloid dressing group had a shorter healing time (6.71±0.86 VS 8.18±0.88)d, and the average persisting time of erythema (8.71±0.99 VS 19.06± 2.25)d. The incidence of post inflammatory pigmentation of treatment group was also lower than that of the control group (11.2 %VS 18.9%, P〈 0.05). Patients used hydrocolloid dressing treatment was more satisfied with therapeutic effect than that of the control group. Conclusion: Hydrocolloid dressing has conspicuous effect in promoting wound healing after carbon diox- ide laser treatment.
