皮肤浆细胞增生症

Cutaneous plasmacytosis:a case report

报告1例皮肤浆细胞增生症。患者男,28岁。头面部、躯干、双侧腋窝发生浸润性褐色斑疹、斑块、结节4年。系统检查无异常。实验室检查发现血沉升高,免疫球蛋白升高,γ球蛋白升高。皮损组织病理检查为:真皮浅、深层血管和附属器周围较多浆细胞及淋巴细胞浸润。免疫组化显示浸润细胞CD38、CD138、CD20、CD79a,Lambd、Kappa阳性,诊断:皮肤浆细胞增生症。

A case of cutaneous plasmacytosis is reported. The patient was a 28-year-old man. He presented with infiltrated brown maeules, plaques and nodules over the head, face, trunk and armpits. No systemic manifestations were noted. Laboratory findings showed an increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate and immunoglobulin and γ-globulin. Histopathologic examination re- vealed perivascular and adnexal infiltration of plasma cells and lymphocytes in the superficial and deep dermis. Immunohisto- chemistry showed positive staining for CD38, CD138, CD20, CD79a, Lambda, Kappa. The diagnosis was cutaneous plasmacytosis.
