摘要
目的探讨子宫颈鳞癌组织中E-Cadherin和Vimen-tin的表达及其与上皮细胞间质化(EMT)的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测42例子宫颈鳞癌组织中E-Cadherin和Vimentin的表达,并分析两者与EMT之间的相关性。结果子宫颈鳞癌组织中E-Cadherin和Vimentin的表达率分别为52.2%和24.4%;在转移淋巴结组织中E-Cadherin的表达率为28.2%,而Vimentin的表达率为39.6%;在指状侵袭中,E-Cadherin的阳性表达率为88.3%,而在播散状侵袭中,E-Cadherin的阳性表达率为36.1%;而在指状侵袭中,Vimentin的阳性表达率为26.3%,而在播散状侵袭中,Vim-entin的阳性表达率为68.2%。在E-Cadherin表达阳性的子宫颈鳞癌组织中,Vimentin的阳性率为10.9%,在E-Cadher-in表达阴性的子宫颈鳞癌组织中,Vimentin的阳性率为78.5%,两者呈负相关。结论 E-Cadherin的表达降低和Vimentin的表达升高与子宫颈鳞癌的侵袭方式密切相关,E-Cadherin和Vimentin参与了EMT过程,在子宫颈鳞癌转移中具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions of E-Cadherin and Vimentin in cervical squamous cancer tissue and their relationship to epithelial mesenchymal transitions (EMT). Methods The expressions of E-Cadherin and Vimentin in 42 cervical squamous cancer tissue specimens were determined by immunohistochemical assay, and their relationships with EMT were analyzed. Results The expression rates of E-Cadherin and Vimentin in cervical squamous cancer tissue were 52.2% and 24. 4% respectively. In the metastatic lymph nodes of cervical squamous cancer cancer, the expression rates of E-Cadherin anti Vimentin were 28.2% and 39. 6% , respectively. The expression rates of E-Cadherin were 88.3% in finger-like invasion and 36. 1% in broad-like invasion ;while the expression rates of Vimentin were 26. 3% in finger-like invasion and 68.2% in broad-like invasion. The expression rate of Vimentin was 10. 9% in the positive expression of E-Cadherin of cervical squamous cancer tissue, where as 78.5% in the negative expression of E-Cadherin of cervical squamous cancer tissue. The expression of E-Cadherin in cervical squamous cancer tissue was negatively related to that of Vimentin. Conclusion The decreased expres- sion of E-Cadherin and the increased explession of Vimentin are closely related with the ways of invasion. Both E- Cadherin and Vimentin are involved in EMT and play important roles in metastasis of cervical squamous cancer.
