摘要
收集我院面额部皮肤癌切除术后组织缺损患者32例,其中皮肤鳞状细胞癌10例,基底细胞癌8例,颞额区皮肤基底细胞癌7例,鳞状细胞癌5例,鲍温病2例。32例患者中25例全部成活,一级愈合,修复后局部外形及色泽均恢复至正常肤色。有7例皮瓣远端淤血,经对症处理后,其中6例血供及色泽渐恢复正常,皮瓣成活;1例坏死,行Ⅱ期手术再次修补后成活。狭长窄蒂皮瓣是修复面额部皮肤癌扩大切除后组织缺损的理想皮瓣。
The slender narrow pedicle flap was designed with skin fascia or only the fascia located in front of auricle or behind of it for treatment of 32 cases of facial defects, including 10 cases of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, 8 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 7 cases of temporal and frontal area in basal cell carcinoma, 5 cases squamous cell carcinoma and 2 cases of Bowen＇s disease. In the 32 patients, 25 cases survived with the level of healing, and satisfied color and shape after repairing. Seven cases presented distal congestion. After compression bandaging, local massage and promoting blood circulation, 6 cases recovered with blood supply and the color gradually retuned to normal. One cases of necrosis recovered after phase Ⅱ operation. The slender narrow flap is preferenfial choice for the repairing of the facial tissue defect after skin carcinoma excision.
