摘要 目的探讨甲状腺功能与血脂水平的相关性。方法确诊为甲状腺疾病患者8684例分为甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢组,4992例)和甲状腺功能减退(甲减组,3692例),检测并分析游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)与血脂水平的相关性。结果与1264例健康体检者(对照组)作对照。结果甲亢组FT3和FT4明显高于对照组,总胆固醇(TC)、低度密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)和TSH均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);甲减组FT4明显低于对照组,TC、LDL、apoB和TSH均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。TSH与血脂水平呈正相关;FT3、FT4与血脂水平呈负相关。结论甲状腺功能与血脂水平密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of thyroid function and blood lipids. Methods A total of 8,684 patients with thyroid diseases was divided into two groups of A(4992 cases with hyperthyroidism) and B(3692 cases with hypothyroidism). Another 1264 healthy people(group C) were taken as the controls. The thyroid functions and blood lipids were examined and the correlation between thyroid function and blood lipids was analyzed. Results Compared to group C, serum levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3 ) and free thyroxine(FT4 )were higher, but those of total cholesterol( TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL), apolipoprotein ]3 ( apoB), and tryroid stimulating hormone(TSH) were lower in group A(P〈0. 05). Compared to group C, serum level of FT4 was lower, hut serum levels of TC, LDL-C, apoB, and TSH were higher in group B(P〈0. 05). Blood levels of lipids were positively correlated to those of TSH, but negatively correlated to those of FT3 and FT4 (P〈0.05). Conclusion Thyroid function is closely related to blood lipids.
