微小RNA在糖尿病及其并发症中的分子机制 被引量:2

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是非编码基因的产物,可通过与mRNA特异结合来调节基因的表达。在糖尿病领域,已发现多种miRNA可通过调节胰岛素分泌、胰腺的分化发育、胰岛细胞脂性凋亡及胰岛素敏感性来影响糖尿病的发生发展,且在相关并发症的发病机制中发挥重要作用,本文综述糖尿病及其并发症发病机制相关的miRNA研究的最新进展。
