摘要 颅内动脉粥样硬化是引起国人缺血性脑卒中的最常见病因之一。随着影像学的发展,人们已能利用磁共振成像(MRI)新技术显示动脉粥样硬化斑块。本文就近年来国内外3.0T高分辨率MRI评价大脑中动脉粥样硬化斑块的研究进展进行综述。 Intracranial atherosclerosis constitutes a major reason for ischemic stroke in Chinese population. Progression in magnetic resonance technology has enabled us to display atherosclerotic plaque. This review discussed the recent progress on the performance of 3.0T high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging in depicting middle cerebral artery atherosclerotic plaques.
