摘要
铝合金熔体与陶瓷增强体的润湿性通常较差,提高铝合金熔体对陶瓷增强体的润湿性能是制备高性能陶瓷/铝基复合材料的关键。综述了铝合金熔体对陶瓷增强体润湿性的研究现状,着重分析讨论了铝合金成分、铝熔体表面的氧化膜、陶瓷表面状态及制备工艺等对润湿性能的影响,介绍了一些现有提高其润湿性能的工艺方法。
Aluminum alloy melt has the poor wettability with ceramic reinforcement, so it is the key of improving the wettability of aluminum alloy melt with the ceramic reinforcement. The present status about the wettability of ceramic reinforcements with aluminum alloy melt was reviewed, especially focusing on the influence of matrix alloy composition, the oxidation film of aluminum melt, surface state of ceramic, preparation process. In addition, some ways to improve the wettability were described.
