肝内胆管结石93例手术治疗分析 被引量：8

摘要 肝内胆管结石是指发生于肝管汇合部以上的胆管内结石，是外科手术的一大难点。肝内胆管结石往往沿病变胆管树呈区域性或节段性分布，肝叶切除能最大限度地清除含结石、胆管狭窄及扩张的病灶。迄今为止，
