主动脉夹层凝血及纤溶系统的功能改变及其意义 被引量：2

摘要 主动脉夹层是最严重的血管系统疾病之一，通常是指在主动脉内血液通过主动脉壁的内膜撕裂口进入主动脉中膜层或中外膜交界处，使主动脉壁裂开为真假两腔的一种病理状态。其起病急骤，可在短期内造成主动脉破裂而致患者死亡，或远端重要脏器缺血引起严重并发症。
