摘要
对301不锈钢进行不同工艺的回火处理,采用对比试验法,对不同状态的301材料制弹簧片与20C钢制弹簧片进行抗拉强度试验、弯曲试验、盐雾试验和吸片组件力学特性测试。结果表明,采用301不锈钢制造的弹簧片性能优于20C钢制造的弹簧片。
Different temper treatments were carried on 301 stainless material the tensile test, bend test, salt spray test and mechanical property test were performed on spring slices made of 301 stainless steel or 20C steel in different condition. The results show that the properties of 301 stainless spring slices are better than that of 20C steel spring slices.
