摘要
通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度检验、金相组织检验和扫描电镜断口分析,对某发电公司电站锅炉汽包安全阀弹簧断裂失效原因进行了综合分析。结果表明,该弹簧的断裂是由于选材不当、热处理过程中工艺不正确导致材料出现脆性断裂,运行过程中弹簧着水后出现的氧腐蚀坑对开裂起到了促进作用。
Based on macro-structure inspection, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic structure and fracture morphology analysis, the fracture of safety valve spring of power plant boiler drum was analyzed. The results show that unsuitable material and incorrect heat treatment make spring brittle fracture. The surfhce corrosion of the spring that oxidized by water occurred during operation, which can accelercate the fracture.
