高强度间歇训练运动处方健身效果研究进展 被引量:54

摘要 高强度间歇训练(high intensity interval training,HIIT)在竞技体育领域已经应用了50余年,并被证明在提高运动员有氧耐力成绩方面效果显著。但由于安全方面的考虑,HIIT很少应用于大众健身领域。近年来的研究成果初步证实HIIT对于一般健身人群甚至心脏疾病人群都是安全的,且由于运动时间较短、存在间歇更容易被接受。本文综述近年来HIIT干预对普通健康人群、肥胖/超重人群、心脏病人群、糖尿病以及代谢综合征人群影响的研究成果,初步总结出:系统的HIIT可以提高上述人群的有氧适能,且在改善体脂含量和分布,降低血糖、血脂,提高胰岛素敏感性,改善血管内皮功能方面均有很好的效果,甚至比相同耗氧量的持续中低强度训练效果更好。但这些研究多为样本量较小的实验性研究,尚需补充不同种族、不同年龄、不同健康水平人群间歇运动处方干预效果的资料以及系统、长期的回顾性和总结性研究成果,为不同人群制定个性化间歇运动处方提供指导。
