氧化锆全瓷愈合基台周围龈沟液中ALP含量测定 被引量:1

Comparison of ALP in Peri-implant Crevicular Fluid around Zirconium Healing Abutments with or without Peri-implantitis: A Study in Vivo

摘要 目的:通过自身对照的方法研究实验犬用氧化锆全瓷愈合基台和钛愈合基台对种植体周围龈沟液(peri-implnat crevicular fluid,PICF)量及其中的碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)水平的变化。方法:建立氧化锆全瓷愈合基台和钛愈合基台修复的犬动物模型,并对单侧愈合基台进行丝线结扎构建种植体周围炎模型,对种植体周围龈沟液的量及其中的ALP进行检测。结果:结扎后氧化锆全瓷愈合基台和钛愈合基台的PICF量在结扎侧明显高于非结扎侧;结扎侧氧化锆全瓷愈合基台的PICF量高于钛愈合基台;结扎后氧化锆全瓷愈合基台PICF中的ALP在结扎侧和非结扎侧含量低于钛愈合基台,ALP在结扎侧的含量明显高于非结扎侧,但是均无统计学差异。结论:氧化锆基台具有与钛基台相似的软组织反应。 Objective: To compare alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in peri-implant crevicular fluid(PICF) around zirconium and titanium healing abutments with or without peri-implantitis in dogs.Methods: The third and fourth premolars and the first molar of three beagle dogs were extracted.Eight implants were inserted each dog after healing.Two months later,the zirconium and titanium healing abutments were connected and PICF were collected as the initial time.Then ligaments were placed around the neck of healing abutments to induce peri-implantitis.PICF were collected again.The volume of PICF and ALP in PICF of zirconium and titanium healing abutments with or without peri-implantitis were analyzed.Results: The volumes of PICF around zirconia healing abutments and titanium healing abutments in ligation sides were higher than non-ligation sides after ligation.The volume of PICF around zirconia healing abutments after ligation in ligation sides was higher than that of titanium healing abutments.The levels of ALP in PICF around zirconia healing abutments were lower than those of titanium healing abutments in both sides of ligation and non-liagtion,while levels of ALP in ligation side were higher than of non-ligation sides.However,there were no statistical differences.Conclusion: Soft tissue responses to zirconia abutments and titanium abutments are similar.
