摘要
目的:观察不同正畸力下移动牙龈沟液(GCF)内金属基质蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)的变化,探讨其在正畸牙移动中的作用及与力值的关系。方法:筛选患者24例,随机均分为:0g、50g、150g三组,加力牵尖牙向远中。在加力0、1、2、3、4周收集GCF,应用ELISA法检测GCF内MMP-2、TIMP-2的浓度。结果:实验组中MMP-2、TIMP-2呈规律性变化,受矫治力影响,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2、TIMP-2参与牙周组织改建,两者的动态平衡对正畸牙移动牙周组织改建可能起重要作用。
Objective: To observe differences in matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) levels in the gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) of human after exerting different mechanical forces on moved teeth,and to investigate the possible effect MMP-2 and TIMP-2 play and the effect of different forces on the expression of them during orthodontic tooth movement.Methods: Twenty-four patients were chosen as subjects and were divided into three groups by force at random:0 g,50g and 150 g groups,8 patients per group.The mechanical forces were exerted to the canine tooth.The GCF samples were collected at 0,1,2,3,and 4 weeks respectively after the force was applied,and were analysed by the ELISA technique.Results: The level of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in experimental group changed regularly.It was influenced by orthodontic force.The difference between groups has significance(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion: MMP-2 and TIMP-2 participated in periodontal tissue remodeling,the dynamic balance of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 may play an important role in the regular remodelling of the periodontium and the orthodontic tooth movement.
