儿童便秘
Childhood constipation
摘要
便秘是儿童期的常见疾病。据统计，学龄期儿童的便秘发病率为5％（慢性）至30％（持续时间〈6个月），占普通儿科会诊的3％和小儿消化科会诊的25％--30％。小儿便秘的发病表现多变，常可逐步进展，导致严重的排便不适、疼痛及一系列不良后果，需要长期有效的护理和治疗。
